1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Vapor Club delivers throughout South Africa using trusted third-party courier partners.
By placing an order with Vapor Club, customers acknowledge and accept the shipping and delivery terms outlined in this policy.
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on:
- Weekends
- Public holidays
- During periods of exceptional demand
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Vapor Club reserves the right to delay processing where additional verification is required.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Once dispatched, delivery may take up to 13 business days depending on:
- Delivery location
- Courier operations
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Peak shipping periods
- Load shedding
- Remote or outlying areas
While most orders arrive sooner, customers should allow up to 13 business days for delivery before a parcel is considered delayed.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
4. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Vapor Club reserves the right to amend shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
Any free shipping promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at the sole discretion of Vapor Club.
5. DELIVERY ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Vapor Club shall not be responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Incorrect contact details
- Failure to accept delivery
Additional delivery fees may apply where a parcel must be re-shipped.
6. TRACKING INFORMATION
Where available, tracking details will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive deliveries.
Tracking updates are provided by third-party courier services and may not always update in real time.
7. FAILED DELIVERIES
If a customer is unavailable to accept delivery, the courier may:
- Attempt redelivery;
- Contact the customer directly;
- Return the parcel to a local depot;
- Return the parcel to Vapor Club.
Any additional delivery fees resulting from failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
8. RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided.
Ownership of goods remains with Vapor Club until full payment has been received and cleared.
9. DELIVERY DELAYS
Vapor Club shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Load shedding
- Civil unrest
- Government restrictions
- Supplier delays
- Industrial action
- Natural disasters
- Force majeure events
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.
10. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Customers must notify Vapor Club in writing within 48 hours of receiving a damaged parcel.
Where a parcel is believed to be lost in transit, Vapor Club will investigate the matter with the courier before any replacement, refund, or further action is considered.
Vapor Club reserves the right to request supporting evidence, including photographs and courier documentation.
11. AGE-RESTRICTED PRODUCTS
Vapor Club sells products intended only for persons aged 18 years and older.
By placing an order, customers confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase vaping-related products.
Vapor Club reserves the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be completed.
